Job Requirements:
Hours required 21:00PM - 06:00AM Monday - Friday (Philippines Time)
Internet (Fast Reliable Broadband)
Android or Iphone - To install our app to receive and make calls via our US number
Laptop / Computer
Experience with Wordpress as you will be responsible for updating information and pulling reports
Managing multiple email accounts
Basic understanding of payroll and reports
Comfortable with receiving & making telephone call ( Excellent English required)

Responsibilities

Email Management  
Telephone contacting customers and staff members
Ensuring bookings are confirmed and follow up with unconfirmed bookings.
Preparing Reports
Sending Reports
Background Checks On New Staff ( Training will be provided)
