Our clients are Australian dentists and chiropractors. We do not service Philippines or other countries.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitors the completion of the projects
• Daily monitoring of the team’s progress as to target hits
• Deliver optimum results through effective planning, monitoring and controlling of resources
• Manages effective and efficient communication among all employees
• Ensures proper allocation of resources

Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
Provide any training that team members need
Communicate clear instructions to team members
Listen to team members' feedback
Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they providing is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed.

Office based job, work as a team leader of 6.

Work directly for an Australian based company but in the great office environment in Davao.

As a Team Leader it is important that you have the appropriate skills to motivate, encourage and manage other employees.

You will work under the direction of the CEO and the office manager.

We're looking for someone with ambition and passion to become a great leader.

The ability to coach a team, communicate at all levels with the goal to exceed our client's expectations is essential to this role.


EXPERIENCE
Perfect English (Australian English will be required but not essential at the time of job appointment)
1+ years experience as a team leader or manager
Social Media marketing
Online marketing
Google Apps
Teamworkpm or Basecamp
Accounting (optional)
