JOB OVERVIEW

The Financial Analyst/Bookkeeper will be expected to deliver results in the following areas:

1- organize 2-1/2 years of historical data
2- prepare financial statements
3- design & build the financial record system
4- structure the revenue-cost-margin cycle
5- formulate financial strategies
6- recommend finance decision-making options
7- spearhead accounting-related tasks, ex. payroll, client invoicing, vendor maintenance, etc.

To handle these tasks, the applicant must

1- be an expert in financial analytics
2- have mastery of bookkeeping & accounting principles, &
3- is proficient with Quickbooks & at least 1 financial analytics app

In addition, the following are Ideal:

1- have handled 2 or more high volume & multi-business unit clients in-office or remotely
2- familiar with the healthcare file review business
3- has extensive knowledge of the US tax system
