Duties and responsibilities:
*Participates and Administers the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and staffing levels, applicant evaluation, interview and selection process and related tasks.
*Conducts new hire orientation to all newly hired employees.
*Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
Qualifications/ skills required:
*Graduate of Bachelor's/ College Degree in Psychology; Behavioral Science and oyher relevant courses.
*Have at least 3 years experience work in the same field
*Knowledgeable in computer and HR systems, Proficient verbal and communication skills; Knows essential basic labor legislation. High in planning, organizational, time management, and people handling skills. Exhibit high value of confidentiality.
