We are looking for a skillful designer for wordpress and ecommerce sites

We are looking for a part-time (and possible full time if designer is excellent) to work on designing corporate sites using wordpress or basic html sites, as well as creating attractive banners, buttons, landing pages, and more for ecommerce sites.

Designer should have skills that include PSD slicing for images, wordpress site setup, optimizing images size and quality, implementing ideas from leading ecommerce sites for creating nice promotions, newsletter designs, and more.

Video creation is a plus as well, but not required.
