e-Learning Experience in Animation format

Four in-person training courses. Each in person training lasts about 14 hours in live training time. The e-Learning would convert in-person courses into an online training "game" experience. Each course is divided into about 60 modules. Each module is about 9 - 15 pages long.

A skilled developer will convert four scripts into four Animated programs that are accessible via one portal. Each learning experience would actually teach the user a skill or trade. The body of knowledge would be segmented by topics into modules and presented via realistic animated characters. At the end of each module, there will be assessments that are presented in a game format. The user must score at least 90% on the game assessment before advancing to the next module. There will also be a final exam at the end of the each course.

Four scripts will be provided which contain the body of knowledge and describe in detail what the environment should look like, what props are needed and what each character should say throughout the program. Voice-over via MP3 files will also be provided. Please note: The questions and answers for each of the assessments that will immediately follow each module and should be presented as a "game" to users. The developer would create a fun interactive game that tests the user's knowledge of the material.

This project is time sensitive with hard deliverable dates. Please respond only if you have all the assets required to deliver a quality product within agreed upon time frames.

Each course should be scaleable and formatted for both desktops and tablets / iPads. The programs should be coded for e-Commerce and must be ported to a website for access.

Experience with 2D 3D integration is highly desirable. The realistic animation envisioned will provide simulated scenes and episodes for training purposes. A background in e-Learning and animation is essential. Special effects, background music and all assets required for complete e-learning programming is required.

The final product must be ported and fully functional within the hosting website.
