Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Employee will be responsible for marketing selected properties that will be sent to them via email. You will be building single property websites that can be done by copy and pasteing a specific number that is assigned to that property. The ideal employee will already have knowledge of the software that we will be using (e*property sites) This is not manadatory and the employee will be trained using online videos and I have prepared a PDF file with exactly what the process will look like. I would also like the virtual assistant to be knowledgeble about blogging and back linking.

Each website and each blog about the property will take less than an hour to create, I have already created templates for the VA to follow.The VA assistant will also be posting flyers on back page and other online classified sites. I would be willing to consider paying per website.

If you have worked for Realtor's previously marketing their listings using the single property websites you will be ideal. In the beginnning the job will be part time, once I have you trained on single property websites and how to build them and learning blog about them I will have other task associated to online marketing such as face book fan page etc...
