WordPress Jack-of-all-Trades

I'm looking for a WordPress generalist that can do several things including:

* Build WordPress websites from free/paid templates and free/paid plugins
* Fix broken WordPress websites with upgrade-safe PHP/CSS/JS code
* Knows how to properly use child themes
* Safely upgrade WordPress core, theme, and plugins to the latest version without breaking the site
* Backup websites from one server and restore to another manually or with plugins like BackupBuddy
* Adjusted DNS records in cPanel, GoDaddy, Namecheap
* Troubleshoot email deliverability issues
* Troubleshoot issues with themes and plugins
* Troubleshoot and fix minor PHP, JS, CSS errors with upgrade-safe code
* Know how to upgrade a site to SSL, fix htaccess, and fix URLs
* Fix White Screen Of Death (WSOD) problems
* Find free or paid plugins to solve a customer's problem instead of writing custom code
* Upload articles to WordPress with properly sized/cropped images
* On-page SEO using Yoast or similar plugins
* Knowledge of WooCommerce and related extensions
* Knowledge of GravityForms
* Knows WordPress and FTP security best practices

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and proactive (taking action instead of waiting for permission). The candidate must have excellent written communication skills as they will be responding directly to customers.

Experience with ZenDesk, Trello, and Basecamp is a plus. Knowledge of on-page SEO best practices is a plus too.
