YouTube Assistant needed - Creative tasks, Thumbnails, SEO Tags, and other youtube-related tasks

I need someone who can aid me with the graphics design and SEO related tasks, and perhaps some creative things like discussing video ideas, structure of videos, and others, so I only reccommend that you apply if you have experience or big interest in YouTube already, and watch a lot of youtube videos.

Requirements:
-Good english and interest in youtube
-Ability to take skype calls from me between 8-16 Denmark time, which might be night time in the Phillipines
-You need to work with websites like Canva, Trello, Tubebuddy, although no experience is required, it's a bonus
-Ability to be creative, and not only follow directions, but also do work that you think would benefit the channel.
-You need to be able to create thumbnails whenever the video is ready to be posted, this might be in the weekends, and could be a couple of times a week.
-You need to be able to learn, to take shortcuts, to use templates for things like graphics in photoshop and alike.

The jobs require either part time employment or freelance, I might hire up to 3 seperate freelancers, but I would prefer to have one person part time that can handle all tasks. I have a set amount of money each month for outsourcing these tasks, so if your hourly pay is high, but you are efficient and creative, that's ok.
