I need a sales god or rock star! :)

I want someone so good in sales that I need to hire them. A true salesman is smart, tactful, and never gives up. They are willing to do whatever it takes to generate the businesses and acquire more customers while retaining them and providing exceptional service. The ideal salesperson I am looking for needs to be well versed in the IT technical aspect of things and isn't afraid of paperwork, rejection, and follow-up.
They need to know how to manage emails, calls, and do proper reporting. The paperwork needs to be complete and thorough.
Ideal candidate can prove their past performance.
