Marketplace Management Assistant

This is a critical business role focused on driving strong commercial results from the ecommerce
marketplace channels we operate on behalf of our clients. Working closely with our Client
Account Managers and Head of Marketplace Management you will pro-actively manage clients’
marketplace accounts. This will include but is not limited to answering customer queries, liaising
with logistics personnel, preparing reports and implementing sales plans.
You will have the freedom to make the role your own and set the standard for the operational
process.
