Wordpress Wizard with graphics skills

I am looking for a wordpress guy that have good experience in site maintenance, woo commerce, banner creations and have excellent conversational English skills. We will be handling a lot of web creations mainly using wordpress. Knowledge in PHP is a plus but not required.

This job is part time and could be full time in the near future.
