SEO Expert/Link Builder wanted, Part time to start

We are a US-based Advertising Agency and multimedia firm looking for SEO and Link Building Experts to get our clients to the top of Google. You would work PH Days, NO Nights. You will work with multiple client websites and work 20 hours a week. We pay $200 per month Screen monitoring software is required to track timed work.
