Wordpress Developer that can work US Timezone

Hello,

I am looking for an expert Wordpress developer that can work US timezone. This ideal candidate MUST write clean code. Candidate must also be an expert in PHP and creating or customizing plugins and themes.

Candidate must be up-to-date in web development trends (ex. scroll triggered animation).
