Accent Neutral Customer Service Agent

We're looking for a customer service agent that is extremely detailed oriented and has a great/fun personality and is accent neutral.

About Us:
We’re an events based company that offers fun experiences to large groups for birthday parties,
corporate events & bachelor/bachelorette parties. We’re an easy going group that’s expanding across the US and need the assistance of a Customer Service representative. We are looking for focused and detail oriented individuals who are looking for full work from the convenience of their home.

No post-secondary, degree or diploma required.

Role Description:
Cable/Fast Internet connection required
Previous experience is required
Full Training is provided (paid training)
Must have excellent customer service & communication skills in English
Must be reliable and enthusiastic.
Must be detailed oriented
Strong preference to those who can type fast & are great multi-taskers
Strong preference to those with call-center experience
Full-Time hours (2pm-11pm Eastern Standard Time)
Work Thursday-Monday
Days off are Tuesday & Wednesday
We will provide a knowledgebase of questions to be familiar with
You will contact customers to schedule bookings via email & phone
All you need is a phone, computer and your enthusiastic voice
We need someone that’s upbeat, well-spoken and energetic
