Professional PHP coder

I am looking to hire a PHP coder on behalf of Adam CeX ltd, we are a franchise company with 5 stores in London and South East England. The project you are working on is ' ---------- ' - this website was first built to make it easier for managers to hire staff without using any physical paperwork. it was also built to help store managers stay on top of things like staff training, pay rates, emergency contact details etc, so we can find everything we need in one place.

This 'employee portal' we have effectively built has already been quite a great success in its first year of use. However we now want to take it up a notch and make it better. (FULL PROJECT DETAILS BELOW)

We have seen a niche in the market, many other companies may need software like the one we have built. However we have lost our web designer and need to hire someone on a full time, long term basis in order to make the necessary improvements to the website and package the site off in a way whereby we can sell the software to other companies who need it.

We are looking for someone who is a real expert in the field, who is willing to adapt to difficult situations, and can work during UK time when necessary.

PROJECT DETAILS:

Function of website:
- Main function of the website is for store managers and sales assistants to be able to stay on top of their performance using data pulled from the stores.
- After this model is created we want to be able to use the software on the website to sell to other companies who also may need something like this.

Features:
- Staff Rota synced with in store fingerprint machine that records shift time: So when manager does the rota, we want that rota to be synchronised with the machine that records staff shift time. - so if someone is late, it automatically updates the rota and the manager is notified, staff is notified also.
- Key performance targets aso need to be added for all of our stores so that staff can stay up to date with their stores overall performance

- Personal targets for each member of staff will need to be implemented onto the website, this will include, sales target, buys target, losses etc. That way every member of staff knows exactly how they are performing and can keep himself up to date. Every time a target is passed or failed they should get a notification via email or phone telling them that.
- Training videos will be on employee portal section - training section implemented but not videos as yet - this is how it looks so far:

- Staff member can click and download document, read it and sign it afterward - all of these features are 100% custom made
- We can also sign up new members of staff on the site, so when a new member of staff is hired, they fill in a form to register, we then scan their documents into the website. Someone from our HR department then looks at the documents and approves or disapproves. - once approved the staff member will receive a notification in their email and then they can sign their contract, then they can start work immediately.
