Graphic Design - T Shirts

I need a designer who can produce designs for T-Shirts. I'll provide research, themes, ---------- premium designs and other details for the designs.

You will be paid $2 USD per design. The faster you work the more you can make (Text only designs will be paid $1USD per text only designs)

Requirements:

- You must already have t-shirt graphic design skills
- You must understand the art of typography
- You should have a good idea of what people like to buy (optional - I will provide topics for designs)
- You must be ready to work right away
- You must have DropBox in order to deliver the final designs
- You must understand what copyright and trademarks are because we must create unique designs only, no copying designs and templates will not be accepted.

You will be given a 30-minute training video showing you our workflow, how we need the files to be delivered, and an explanation of the quality we expect. Low-quality designs will be returned to you to fix.

you will need an understanding of adobe illustrator and adobe photoshop in order to be accepted for this job.

This is a long-term position so we are only looking for serious graphic shirt designers. After 2 weeks without errors, you may be promoted to make more $3 USD per design is the first promotion period
