Facebook Ads marketer for ecommerce site

I"m selling tech and travel products. I already get traffic from Instagram but need to work on retargeting campaigns. Also would like to have someone experienced in paid traffic with low cost so I can get more sales and someone experienced in working with ecommerce stores.
