MARKETING/ADMINISTRATION/SOCIAL MEDIA
We are looking for a marketing specialist who can also combine administrative work
THE JOB:
1. SOCIAL/ONLINE MARKETING:
- Management of social media accounts including
a. Content marketing including the production of blog and article posts for real estate websites.
b. Assistance in the maintenance of our other websites including data entry, photo and content uploading.
c. Writing for print and online
d. coordination & management of paid
e. Placement of Photos documenting activities and posting to social media accounts
f. Forward thinking marketing strategies are a major +
- Main goal is to have us rank #1 organically on googles first page
2. LISTINGS:
- Schedule pre-listing work such as photography & floorplans & staging or additional services as needed
- Putting together & submitting paperwork
- Writing up description, upload photos & documents to MLS
- Add descriptions to each or our photos
- Rename all of our photos
- Follow-up with client for missing info
- Order strata documents
3. POST-SALE:
- Putting together & submitting post-sale paperwork through our online software systems
- Sending off post-sale
- Follow-up info: lawyer, mortgage, etc.
- Enter client’s information in our marketing and follow up databases including: Name, phone number,
children’s names, birthday, profession, new address.
4. SCHEDULING:
- Assist in scheduling showings for our own listings
- Confirm showing with realtor
- Confirm showing with seller/client
- Log showing in google drive
- Follow up with realtor for feedback from the showing
- Deliver feedback to the seller
- Provide a weekly summary of all activity on our listings to each seller
- Monitor a centralized schedule for the team to make sure the partners are optimizing their time
5. SKILLS/EXPECTATIONS:
- High proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Must be independent without constant supervision
- You will mostly be working in the office with 1-3 Agents but the ability to stay productive on
your own is important.
- Must be very organized & detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
- Be flexible with time, both weekdays & weekends
- Microsoft Word, Excel,
- Google forms

6. REQUIREMENTS:
- Computer
- Processor: at least Dual Core (for both primary & back up computers)
- Memory/RAM: at least 4.00 GB (for both primary & back up computers)
- High speed internet
- Primary Connection = running on a 3.0 MBPS plan or higher
- Back-up Connection = running on 2.0 MBPS
- Working headset with MIC
- Computer camera
- Back-up Power Source
