JOB OVERVIEW

We are UK based online shop retailers.

We are looking for a remote assistant who is fluent in English and has excellent spelling (grammar) skills for working on our eBay / Amazon accounts.

The duties will include:

- Customer support (answer questions and solve problems with customers by e-mail, Reply Manager)
- Processing orders
- Editing listings (headings, product description, product specification)
- Working with Excel / Google Sheets

Working time:

2 slots for 4 hours (morning and evening GMT London) from Monday to Friday 30-40 hours a week. (the opportunity to work on weekends).

Salary: 2.5 USD / per hour

The first 2 weeks trial period with payment of 1.25 USD / per hour.

Training and detailed instructions will be provided.

Requirements:

- English - excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to perform routine work
- Have a fast and stable Internet
- Be in touch during working hours/slots.
- PayPal account for payroll is mandatory.
- TeamViewer for training.
- Attention to detail
- Skype

Experience with customers, as well as with eBay / Amazon - will be an advantage over other candidates.

The candidate will need to pass a test for the grammar of the English language, as well as pass a test task.
