We need a Rockstar .NET web designer/developer for UI Re-design Project - Fluent in English

We are looking for someone who understands how end users work with SAAS websites, and is able to improve the look and layout of a website to make the user experience intuitive, easy and quick.

We have an existing website ( ---------- ) for our SAAS service and we are finding a lot of customers are confused by the account set up process and management. We have ideas for how we can improve the set up but we need someone to firstly sense-check the design ideas, and then implement them.

We have an existing remote development team, but we don't currently have the resource to deliver this project - so we need some assistance!

You will be a .NET rockstar with design and programming experience and a portfolio of previous similar projects delivered.

You will be motivated and driven to perfection with great attention to detail.
You will have experience mapping a customer's journey in using software and able to deliver improvements to design and flow.
You will be fluent in English so we can communicate by Skype to discuss ideas and development.

You will be able to overlap your hours by at least 3 hours every day with the UK working hours, e.g. 9am -
12pm GMT, Monday - Friday.

Internet Requirements: Strong and Stable Internet connection required for web-based work. Min 20 MB/s Upload and Download.

Application Process:
We are accepting applications until 7th December and you must be available to work in December and January.

1) You will be asked to share your portfolio of previous websites designed and built in .NET
2) Shortlisted candidates have a 10-min Skype call.
3) The top 3 short-listed candidates will submit an initial re-design proposal for our site so we can see how you think and determine your style.
