Combine Two Excel Spreadsheets

I need to combine two Excel spreadsheets into one and match up data by client name.I need to match up data by client name. Then copy C, D, and E from the client Volume Spreadsheet for each client and paste it into F, G, and H for that client on the Client - Master List spreadsheet.
