Real Estate Research Analyst

I am seeking a research analyst to help find renters for my house located in Amelia Island, Jacksonville FL.

To begin the job will entail providing a research report on the demographic of renters in this area. Ultimately your job will be to source actionable leads i.e. potential renters, and to either direct them to a booking site or to provide warm leads to me (in the form of an email introduction or an phone call scheduled), where my job will be to close the booking.

You will be measured on:
1). The strength of your research skills,
2). Ability to create marketing material (Craigslist posts/facebook posts etc) that document the home for rent and,
3). Number of leads generated.
