JOB OVERVIEW

Use software we provide or that you already own to adjust lighting, color, geometry, blemishes, ---------- pictures of homes and property. There will also be some additional steps such as cropping pictures, placing them into flyer templates and uploading them to websites. Video editing skills are not required but if you have experience in this we have opportunities to use those as well.

This is really easy work if you have an eye for what looks good. Video training will be provided. There is an option for this to be a long-term, full time position or freelance “as we need it” work so see below.

Your ability to be reliable and follow directions is important so make sure you check out the list of instructions below. Attention to detail is also important so read each question and reply with all information that is requested.

Next day turn around during normal work week and excellent English required.

Please send the following to be considered:
1. A link to before / after examples of previous photo editing you have done. If you do not have google drive or dropbox to do this and need to send samples to me by email let me know.
2. A screenshot of your broadband speed. If you do not have greater than 1Mbps you are unlikely to be able to do this work successfully as finished projects will be around 250MB and need to be uploaded back to us.
3. Details of your computer and which operating system you use. Our software runs on OS X or Windows; you will need a good monitor to see the images. Please include the names and versions of software you currently have for photo and/or video editing.
4. The per hourly rate of pay you expect.
5. Number of hours a week you are available to work.
6. Your Skype ID and if you have dropbox your dropbox email address.
7. Your DISC results if you have taken that test.

We currently process sets of images and create marketing material for 2 and 6 properties each month. Our goal is to increase this 8 to 12 over the next 6 months.

This position is being listed as "Any" type of ---------- could turn out into one of two possibilities so please indicate which one you are looking for.

The first possibility is we hire one person as a long-term member of our team to help us with photo editing and graphic art work in our ---------- this case you will be paid a monthly salary and be expected to be available and dedicated to doing work for our company. We offer some benefits for permanent workers but the biggest benefit for us and them is to have a long-term arrangement we can both count on.

The second possibility is we treat each property as a separate freelance ---------- ts of images (projects) come up between several times a month and several times a week and are not entirely predictable. Each project needs to be completed within 24 hours so if we do not have a single person who is dedicated to working on this for us we are likely to hire a small number of people to do these projects on an as-needed basis. That way I will be able to check to see who has availability to do upcoming projects as they arrive. Although the work needs to be completed within 24 hours we generally have 3-days’ notice in advance of each project so I think this would work.
