Modify APK files

Hi i have an apk file the needs to be modified. these are the following tasks that I need completed:

1. add splash page
2. change icon
3. add logo to various spots
4. change color scheme of app
5. change some text

i will be able to provide all images. Keep in mind that I do not have source files. If this is something you can complete, please contact me.
