Graphic Design Job

We are a full-service online Attraction Marketing company that provides services for clients all over the world from company identity, branding, web development, social media campaigns and more. We are seeking to increase our free-lance graphic design team to support all areas of design.

Do you work fast and efficiently? Are you innovative yet follow directions? Your earnings potential is up to you. We pay on a per-piece schedule. Produce well and on time, make more. Produce early you will earn more projects and will make even more money. We supply you with as much work as you can handle and return within the deadlines provided.

We have hundreds of designs that we need to create each month. We pay on a PER-DELIVERABLE basis. Examples of rates are as follows...

Social media + PPT branding: $25
Should be completely matching designs for Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and PowerPoint; logos and art direction provided.

Editing of Website + Blog Design: $30
Based on a provided template, update design to include main page featuring eBook download, blog, and interior page layout and squeeze page; templates, logos, and art direction provided.

What will you do?
We are looking for designers with abilities and experience in different areas:

1. Social media designs for Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, and more.
2. Logo concept and design experience.
3. e-Book designer. Able to design the book cover layout (3D and Flat versions) as well as format and design the inside text and images to fit the client’s brand image.
4. Web design. Able to work with and easily manipulate web design templates created in Photoshop (PSD) files.
5. PowerPoint Cover and slide designs.
6. Stationery layout and design. Stationery, business cards, envelopes and more.

Additionally, we have an incentive structure for on-time delivery: 20% if you deliver the work on or before an agreed-upon deadline. 5% deducted for each day it's late. If you are more than 5 days late, the project gets reassigned to another designer.

Within your specialty (or all design aspects) you will also:
• Prepare & implement designs and graphics for clients.
• Design and produce assigned graphic projects (landing pages, ad banners, logos) for online advertising, mobile apps and social media as needed.
• Participate in special design projects, as needed
• Ability to create clear, compelling and innovative designs while working within the constraints of a template system.
• Well-rounded design skills and styles, and demonstrate a solid foundation of design fundamentals. Must also keep abreast of visual design tools and trends, and be able to use them as appropriate.
• Develop original concepts or interpreting provided information and producing clean, elegant and outstanding designs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively describe and present design ideas and recommendations in English.

Do you have what it takes?

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or similar program
preferred, but not required.

Required: Online portfolio containing Web design, Advertising design and Branding designs. Your portfolio must show your ability to design for one or more of the specialty areas described above in various styles from conservative to the latest design trends, as well as logo design/identity packages. Source files may be requested to verify ownership.

2+ years experience working as a Web graphic designer is preferred.

Expertise in graphics development software (CS4/5/6 Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign.)

Design skills REQUIRED at this level are: layout & composition, typography, color theory, freeform illustration skills and versatility in style.

Experience in logo & print design.
