Seeking full time SEO -- backlink building / article writing / social media marketing

Looking for someone with strong english skills, with experience writing, I can train for how to build backlinks though there is a preference if you have existing knowledge.

I have several web-sites that need more content and links and have systems in place to generate more rather quickly. Hopeing that you can help me to take a couple of low performers and help build them out. Sites are normally built using wordpress so familiarity with how to write articles within it is also a strong plus.
