DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Generating sales leads that develop into new customers (sales account)
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve total satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
• Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas (sales account)
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Read through scripts provided and practice sounding natural
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be 20 years and above
• Has earned at least 72 units of any course
• Previous Call Center experience is a plus but not required
• With excellent communication skills
• Computer Literate
• Amenable to work on a SHIFTING SCHEDULE
• Must be goal oriented, a team player, and able to work independently
