Job Description: Seeking a friendly, detailed-oriented administrative assistant to answer customer calls DURING USA BUSINESS HOURS & help with other admin tasks
• Greet and talk to prospective & current clients by phone, Answer and transfer calls/take messages and relay promptly to appropriate person(s); act as gate keeper for incoming calls
• Calendar,
• Open new client files
• Schedule potential client meetings
• Reply to potential client inquiry
• Prepare and send out office reports
• Other admin tasks as needed
Requirements:
• ABSOLUTE MUST: available to work during USA MST time zone of 9am to 5pm, Mon-Fri, which is Phillipines time of 12am to 8am, Tues-Sat
• Excellent phone etiquette and english skills to professinally handle incoming phone calls
• Skilled in MS Word & Excel, and
• Familiar with
