Inside Sales Agent

Job Description:

Do you have real estate experience? Is wearing a headset your thing? Are you a call-crushing phone animal? We are looking to add a skilled sales-minded individual to our team. As the first point of contact, the Inside Sales Agent must be comfortable spending most of their time on the phone.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prospect for new leads via research and data mining, skip tracing for phone detail to create full lists on an on-going basis to upload into a soft-dialer (such as Mojo, Vulcan 7).
• A go-getter not afraid of cold calling and the over the phone hard sell for real estate appointment setting.
• Manage appointments in Outlook365 as well as ongoing input in Top Produer CRM.
• Consistently nurture and follow-up with viable leads to convert into scheduled appointments.
• Keep track of completed tasks and goals to measure lead conversion ration and meet performance benchmarks.
Job Requirements:
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Excellent phone communication skills. Prior experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability and experience to deliver call scripts naturally.
• Must be an organized, friendly, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
• Proficient with technology such as Microsoft Office and Google Apps, and ability to quickly learn new systems.

- Previously worked sales position over the phone wearing a headset for long ---------- te: Time and pay will be managed by Time Doctor. Looking for dedicated people who are serious about their work. If your intent is to work multiple gigs this is not the position for you.
