Building a Website for a Printing Company

My company needs a website similar to uprinting.com . But there is at least an additional feature, that allows users to print DVD labels online or upload to the web.
There is a front end and back end of the web. For front end it is similar to Upring.com. For backend, company employee should easily mange the website including, add products, keep on track of invenory, sales, ...
Our customers can pay using Paypal and Credit cards.
