(zoopla, rightmove and gumtree);
2. Run daily searches on UK property websites for properties that meet the requirements

3. Tell them about the types of properties we are looking for (a script will be provided to telephone handlers)
4. Book viewings to see property based on the availability of the business owner
5. Manage the diary of business owner
6. Update excel spreadsheet to record the outcomes of each phone conversation with an agent or landlord.
