FCPX Video Editors

I am looking to hire a full time video editors that are good and that use FCPX. If you have experience in Premiere too it's a plus. I have a new startup that edits videos for Youtubers and I need someone that has great attention to detail and can edit a video from start to finish with color grading, sound effects, etc. A person that watches a lot of Youtube and understands the Youtube culture is also preferred.
