JOB OVERVIEW

- Knows the Marketing concepts, positioning and Competitive analysis
- Client relationships and creative services
- Develops an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department
- Achieves marketing operational objectives by contributing marketing information and recommendations
to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; maintain quality and customer
service standards; identifying trends, determining system improvements and implementing change.
- In collaboration with the Area manager, determines annual gross- profit plans by forecasting and
developing annual sales target; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new
services, establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying customers' defining market, competitor's share and
competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business and establishing targeted market
share.
- Improves service marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market
opportunities; improving service packaging and coordinating new service development
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs and anticipating
new opportunities;
- Accomplishes marketing objectives through planning, developing, implementing and evaluating
advertising, merchandising and trade promotion programs
- Accomplishes marketing and organizations mission by delivering related results as needed.
