Help needed for new advertising service for authors!

We've just launched a successful advertising service for authors, and we're growing so fast we can't keep up! We need help in several areas and are looking for 2-5 reliable, hardworking people to help us maintain our excellent quality service as we scale up.

We need help in the following areas:

1) Customer service... We are already receiving over 100 client communications daily from our 200+ active clients, and we're adding 5-10 new clients daily. We need a friendly person with strong English skills and great typing skills to meet and greet our new clients via email, answer ongoing questions, address concerns, and check in with clients from time to time to let them know we care about them. A lot of personality and a great sense of humor is a plus. We believe in treating clients like friends and developing a close bond, rather than treating them as clients with dry, impersonal communications.

2) Data Entry... Each client submits information about their book and their advertising campaign, and we have cancellations and new orders coming in daily. We need someone to transfer this information and keep it updated and organized in our shared customer spreadsheet. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and some experience with managing large customer databases would be very helpful.

3) Keyword Research... We create hundreds of ads with 1,000 keywords each daily using an automated tool. Even though most of our keyword generation is automated, coming up with great keyword lists that match the content and genre of the books we are advertising is a very time-consuming but vitally important task. We currently have one person dedicated to generating keyword lists, but we'll need more help here as we expand. The ability to learn new but simple software as well as having great time management/efficiency skills are very helpful for this role.

4) Ad creation... Creating the actual ads is a simple but tedious process when we're creating 100+ daily. We could use some help here. This job is pretty simple, but, if done incorrectly, could have catastrophic consequences. The perfect person for this role will pay incredible attention to detail and have perfectionist tendencies so as to avoid costly mistakes.

5) Ad optimization... After the ads are created they need maintenance every week or two by altering click bids and other very simple but tedious and time-consuming tasks. This is the perfect role for someone looking for something very simple and easy to do but doesn't mind doing a very repetitive job.
