CAD and Photoshop encoder

I need a freelance CAD and Photoshop operator to assist in landscape architectural projects. 3D modelling skill is a plus but is seldom needed. Tasks can come in any time of the day and is fast-paced, so those with fixed day jobs might have problems with availability. Drawings are relatively easy but tend to be tedious and repetitive. A 'per sheet' set up can be arranged since this is not a fixed job. Preferably Manila area for possible meet up coordination.
