JOB OVERVIEW

WHO ARE WE SEEKING:

We are seeking an Awesome, fun and creative.talented Customer Happiness Consultant to help us with our Customer Support and Admin support

This is a role that requires a great level of organization, communication, creativity and understanding of our brand in accordance to our guidelines. This person ideally should have great english skills and think outside the box in terms of solutions for our customers

Employment would start on part time basis but as we know your capabilities , full time and expansion opportunities will be given to the right candidates.

A person wit experience in some othr niches will be handy, as we can explore new niches,

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
* Must work quickly and effectively with regular status updates
* Must be able to communicate clearly and understand our design goals
* Responsive to communication requests
* Homebased experience is an advantage
* Internet speed should be more than 2 MPBS and with back up
*With Paypal account
*Can provide references from the previous employer
*Flexible with time as long it meets the part time minimun required 4 hours/day

COMPENSATION

Payment $2-7/ hour or more depending of experience and skills
Hours: 20+ per week, flexible scheduling

JOB REQUIREMENT

Customer Support:
- Answer emails
- Social media management and support

Social Media Support Managing:
-Post Creating
- Graphics editing
- Basic Video editing
- create and publish the content for our website and social media channels
- growing the popularity for one or more of our social media accounts (facebook, twitter, pinterest, etc).
- create and post for social media accounts

Product and market research (will be an advantage but not critical)

Important Skills Technical :
- Google Docs
- Canva
- Basic PhotoSHop
- Shopify -Administrations and Order Management
