VA required for a property investment and development company

We are a small property investment company and currently looking to expand our business to do some small development of residential homes. We have been doing this for more than 5 years, so its not a new risky startup business but a very stable asset-backed business that is growing every year in the last 5 years despite not putting much time and effort in growing ---------- w we are looking to restrategise our business for maximum growth and therefore looking for a part time VA to join our team, with the potential of being a full time VA in the not too distant future.

We require a part time VA to search for suitable properties online (we will tell you how to do it), run the figures in our deal analyser software to see if that property is a viable purchase or not.
Aside from that we also require someone to do all the admin work related to the business. As our business expands or when the workload increases once we begin the development, then there is potential for us to convert the part time VA to a full time VA.
