Description of support work: I'm looking for a part time (4 intermittent hrs per day) VA on a continual basis.

A few basic criteria:

- fluent in English, spoken and written
- excellent English writing skills (graduate level)
- familiar with the backend of Wordpress (basic, repetitive tasks)
- familiar with MailChimp (basic, repetitive tasks)
- excellent customer service skills (email responses) Online Office 365 and Gmail. Must be able to write personal emails that follow our flow to resonate with our customers.
- able to adapt to requests with as little guidance as possible (we don't like to give the same indications twice as it is not efficient or conducive to progress)
- iOS user (Mac computer)

Availability:
- from Monday to Saturday between Philippines timing 09:00 and 18:00 (not continuous, 4 intermittent hours)

- social Media management (Hootsuite) FB, Instagram
- content marketing experience
- experience with online MS office 365
- experience using the Pages application (Apple)
