Dear prospective Account Manager,
We are looking for a well spoken, customer service oriented employee who can handle customer relations for our company. We are niche job board for real estate. You will onboard new customers after signup and maintain contact with them for the duration of their subscription. You will also be responding to intercom chat messages during downtime.
To be successful with us you must possess the following skills:
Technical - Learning the systems we use is key. It's entry level but you must be dedicated to learning them.
Analytical - The service we use to analyze job/ad performance must be utilized and understood in a way that we can make the proper suggestions to the
Well spoken - You will be speaking with customers on the phone so your English must be good.
For this position, you must be able to work from 9am-5pm Easter Standard Time. We are a New York, US-based company.
