VA - Accounting Manager

Job Description:

The Accounting Manager is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. Responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.

General Duties (Includes but is not limited to the following):

• Accounts Receivable -- Invoicing
• Accounts Receivable -- Collections
• Work with Clients about disputes / charges on accounts
• Work with the collections agency on Agents / Customers that do not pay
• Keep a running total of the Royalty fees paid out to C21 Corp
• Keep a running total of the Royalties owed to C21 Corp

Requirements:

• Must have strong knowledge in US Accounting and Taxation
• Knowledgeable in using Sage, Xero and MYOB, Quickbooks
• 3+ years of accounting experience
