Job Qualification:

-- A minimum of 6 months Call Centre experience in a voice account, must be with the same company so we can also measure your commitment level.
-- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, collaborative, confident, intelligent, and assertive.
-- Good - Excellent communication skills are a MUST HAVE.

Job Requirements:

-- Reliable Computer (with camera) and Readily available working backup computer (At least Core I3 Processor, 4GB RAM/higher)
-- ACCEPTED Internet connections ARE DSL/Fiber/Cable. LTE / Broadband / Pocket WiFi/ Mobile data / Canopies NOT ALLOWED. (3mbps plan or higher with 2mbps running speed)
-- Quality Over-Ear headset with noise cancellation
