Responsibilities

? Facilitate company learning sessions such Customer Service, Culture and Language, Leadership, Soft-skills Training.
? Develop and initiate company monthly engagement.
? Develop various instructional materials and tools that meet the established standards for in-house training of the company.
? Identify the learning and developmental needs of the organization through Training Analysis.
? Ensure that all training materials and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with ISO 9001:2015 standards
? Follows ADDIE lifecycle of training stats with high sense of accuracy and precision for management presentation
? Perform other training related tasks assigned by the HR Manager.


Requirements
? Bachelor’s Degree in any related course.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Engaging, energetic as to build a culture of fun and learning environment
? Enjoys time management and always open for change
? Has strong customer service, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills
? Proficient with MS Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
? Preferably with knowledge in Adult Learning Methodology, Classroom management, ADDIE lifecycle, Training Needs Analysis, Training Delivery, and Assessment
? Knowledgeable in 70-20-10 Learning and Development Practice
? Minimum of 1 year working experience.
