HOW TO FIND COUNTIES WITH GREAT DEALS TAX DEEDS AND TAX LIENS PROPERTIES.
The goal is to find good deals and export that data to the excel sheet.
Counties somewhere in the USA.

STEPS:
1. Open Google
2. Search (county name) tax sale
3. Search county map to get info
4. Select any websites and get the dates of sale; Redemption; how to pay; list of properties
5. Gather the list of properties (Opening Bid & How much something is worth)

PART 1 - BUILDING YOUR PROPERTY RESEARCH IN ASANA

Click ‘Opportunity’ then a specific state name
Create a Task and type Liens and Deeds. Under it, type in the state name to work on.
States are categorized according to the type of tax for the state through the State Directory’ of ---------- .
Create a subtask for the county name by writing all the counties (e.g. alphabetically).
Under each county, gather the following sample data:
Population, Tax Sale Date, Crime, Median Price Per County/House, Tax Sale Website, Tax Sale List, Notes (about the county)
