Word Press Developer-Designer

We are looking for an outstanding Wordpress Developer-Designer who can take charge of ---------- including the following:
- Uplift of the home page
- Ongoing maintenance and management
- Performance Optimizations
- Conduct A/B testing when needed
- Improve mobile view

Candidate should be able to have additional skills to perform a full time capacity in other tasks related to marketing / graphic design / data entry
