Customer Support

We are looking for a customer support agent who will speak directly with customers via email and livechat. Potential employees should be able to greet customers and answer questions. Problems a customer may face can range from simple questions about the company to inquiring about signing up for our services.

Potential employees must have excellent customer service skills and be fluent in English comprehension both written, and verbal. Hours will be from 6am PTD to 6pm PTD.
