T-Shirt designer

I am looking for a designer who could create 5-7 designs daily. You have to be creative and be on a high level. You should be able to make designs like the bestsellers of Spreadshirt/Shirtee etc.
A normal work assignment could look like this: I'll show you a bestseller from Spreadshirt/Shirtee and you'll change it to look good, but not 1:1. You have to see that something has changed in the picture. Images that are copied from the Internet will not be accepted, we check this. If, then only pictures which are free commercially usable like from pixabay, but no complete copies.
