Our company All Trade LLC (ATC) is a General Trading – Non Specialized Wholesale Trade. the Company offering a wild range of products and service includes, Industrial Filtration, Medical, healthcare and fitness products, fashion and style items etc,

Our customers are located all over the world.

We are looking for an independent salesperson to join our B2B sales and marketing team sell. The job is you need to find sales opportunity for our company.

Selected person will not get fixed salary as monthly basis, instead the salary you will get paid as a commission for every successful sales order that you put on to us. Sample will provide for selected person if needs. Remember you can continue this position as a regular position if needed with complete income benefits. It will help you to build your carrier with us (All Trade LLC). If you need more details please share it with us as a attachment.

• Promote and sell products / services using solid arguments for potential customers on the G.C.C market.
• You have to research potential buyers through cold calls / emails
• Perform a cost-benefit analysis and the needs of potential clients to meet their needs
• Achieve monthly sales goals
• Continually improve sales pitch by feedback and reporting.
• Create, develop and manage business relationships with new customer base
• Assist in the execution of activities with Senior Sales Manager
• Work remotely; you will be Tele-working with Skype, your phone and your email.
• Liaising between the Company and the customers for up-to-date pricing, services, and latest product release launches.
• Continuously updating all prospects on Company product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
• Preparing reports for sales and marketing and maintaining accurate expense accounts.
• Updating and maintaining customers account records, including contact names and numbers for future sales.
• Providing product quotes to customers as needed.




Requirements:

• Must have GOOD English, (bilingual Arabic may be useful for later, but not required)
• Significant experience in commercial prospecting (telephone, cold call, tap tape).
• Experience in the web in general. You must have knowledge, at least basis, in the creation of websites, SEO, social networks, CMS.
• You have to know how to format your emails to make them look nice, how to construct links in an email, how to set up a signature in your email account, etc. Scripts and instructions are provided.
• Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills
• You need to be comfortable with Skype-like computer tools, screen sharing tools, the office suite ... and so on.
• Salesperson shall complete a Sales Activity Report each week by the end of the day of Thursday and deliver it to Management, via email.


Remuneration:
• Remuneration only on commission,
• (15%) commission for a monthly turnover of 1,501$ to 2,000$ (or equivalent)
• (25%) commissions if a monthly turnover of more than 2,000$ (or equivalent).
• New Leads Accounts Incentive Program,
• Bonus Quarterly Structure
• Payment of the commission at the 20th of the month.
Minimum of 1500$ achieving target per month
• Less achieving target still you will get paid in low commission


You will be under contract by UAE law as a contractor on a monthly renewal, based on performance targets - which will not be unreasonable or aggressive, just enough for us to keep the business going from the income, so we expect those targets to be met. We will give leeway on the first month's target, but the contract will be terminated immediately after 2 consecutive months of targets not being met.

We're looking for individuals or companies (who are happy with the financial arrangement) who can show demonstrable B2B sales experience and evidence of successful performance.
