>We are looking for FULL TIME Real Estate Agent to join our company

>MUST RESIDE IN MAKATI/MANDALUYONG/PASIG/THE FORT/QUEZON CITY
>18-28K Allowance

>5% Commission for every Closed Sale/Lease with Cleared payments.

>Requirements: Laptop, tablet, iPad, smart phone is a must with stable internet connection

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Rent, buy, or sell property for clients.
- Source potential clients and develop good relations with them
- Maintain constant contact with clients
- Implement company's marketing and sales strategies
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources
.- Acts as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.


Qualifications:
- Candidate must have an educational attainment of at least 2 Years in College
-Preferably with 1-3 years experience in Sales/Real Estate
- Persuasive- Keen to details
- Determined and Result oriented
- Can work under pressure
- Willing to do Field Works
-Basic Social Media & Online Literacy
-Excellent communication, negotiation & networking skills
-Ability to work well in a fast-changing environment that requires multi-tasking
-Knowledge of relevant computer applications

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary + 5%commission for every Closed Sale/Lease
- HMO (Upon Regularization)
- Government Mandated Benefits (SSS, Philhealth, & Pag-Ibig)
