Programmer for European Startup

1 month freelance with the objective of
long term full time employment after successful test
for a European Startup Project. Further details on request.
Your qualifications:
Integrity
Team minded
Fluent in English (German an advantage)
Strong communication skills
Programming languages: OOP, PHP5
Broader understanding of scalability and compatibility needs
Ability for filling out the role of quality assurance for the components developed by third parties (e.g. mobile apps)
References preferred

Desired skills:
OOP, PHP5, jQuery
Experience with Framework Zend or CakePHP
Web development project type:
New Website, Prototype, Social Media
Client side or server side development

Desired website or component functionality:
Social app.
Applicants pls send a sample PHP class, that actually solves a Problem. Applications which do not include such a PHP class or a grotty one, will not be considered. Pls also let us know your desired salary/compensation.

Since the project is extremely challenging and pioneering, we are looking for a true programming superstar. Intermediates: Pls do not apply.
You should be ready to start asap, latest by ending of August 2012
Then the first part of the project lasts for 1 month, fulltime. We see this first part as a test. If we are happy with your work after the testing period, we are happy to offer a long-term fulltime employment.
